Exhibition Stand Design Brief

ACWA Power Projects have identified a need to exhibit in order to position themselves as a professional Saudi Arabian based developer of power generation and water desalination plants. There is a strong likelihood that the stand will be required up to six times a year travelling all across the Middle East. Therefore, a durable and reusable exhibition stand has been requested to meet this challenging schedule. The client requires a large graphical area in order to promote their commitment to a water saving and research initiative. Rationale Stand is reconfigurable and easily adapted for island sites or backwall stands There is a large secure storage to one end of the stand which is ideal for a high impact graphic together with a plasma screen for rolling demos and information. In the centre of the stand space is allocated for a plinth for the clients product, along with some seating for discussions. This is semi-private and only accessible from two ends of the stand. There is more private seating behind an acrylic screen which is ideally suited for more private discussions. In addition there is a reception desk on the front corner which faces the main flow of traffic. This is complete with lockable storage.
