Exhibition Stand Design Brief

McKendrick are an agency working on behalf of Heathrow Airports new Terminal Five.

The idea is to have a small semi-permanent stand that can move around the other terminals at Heathrow promoting the up and coming opening of Terminal Five.

The client is very open to our ideas and actively encourages our creative input.

The remainder of the brief is very straightforward, there needs to be space for a continuous graphic, a plasma screen and a two demonstration pods where questions about the new terminal can be answered.

Exhibition Stand Design Rationale

Given the environment into which the stand will be installed it was decided that the shape of the solution should be similar in appearance to an aircraft fuselage. This effect has been achieved by creating a curved back wall mirrored by curved tube work on the open side to create the up and over feel.
