The client would like to promote a calm and relaxing feeling with a view to portraying the message that their product can help remove the stress from travel organisation. An area for massages to take place has been highlighted as a key feature.

There is an additional requirement for a semi-private meeting area and space for a desk and PC so that existing and potential clients can receive software demonstrations.

Exhibition Stand Design Rationale

The stand has been designed on an angle to project a dynamic custom feel whilst providing control to the traffic flow though the stand. The angle also allows to cleverly disguise the pillar in the middle of the stand as well as neatly hiding the small storage area at the rear of the stand.

A theme of time and travel is projected through the simple striking back wall fabric graphics. The use of soft fabrics provide a tactile backdrop to the massage zone and meeting area. Voile fabrics help to define this semi-private meeting area without completely enclosing the space. The contemporary use of structural architecture reflects Amadeus as a modern and forward thinking company.

Situated close to the main aisle of the stand are 3 user friendly information pods for the client to demonstrate their product. Overall the design equally divides the space up into 3 main functions whilst providing a very simple, yet extremely effective graphical finish, to tie the stand together.
