Exhibition Stand Design Brief

Flagship provide specialist interactive training to Royal Navy personnel.

The stand needs to replicate a calm and welcoming feel that reflects the atmosphere created at their premises when training is given. The client’s offices are contemporary in design and the stand should therefore be designed in tandem with this look.

Flagship would like to demonstrate their training capabilities at the show so there is a requirement for large private classroom in which sample training can be undertaken. There should also be a semi private section on the stand where specialist one on one training can be given so two desks including power and PCs are required.

Exhibition Stand Design Rationale

To meet the brief the classroom has been used as the focal point of the stand, running almost the entire length of the booked space and adopting a curved look to reflect the contemporary feel requested. This feel has been further considered in the design of the reception counter.

Inside the classroom a large table with room for ten students to be seated around it has been included. This will give more of a boardroom feel that should stimulate discussion and a relaxed vibe.

The wall on the right of the design will be made from tube work and a fabric sock in order to create a clean look and also provide high level branding.
