Exhibition Stand Design Brief

The company is a Civil Engineering group. This particular section of the company specialises in railways and railway stations. There is a requirement for two 42” plasma screens that will play Dean and Dyball’s corporate DVD. Storage should be supplied underneath to house the DVD player. There is no product as such so graphic communication is key so lighting will also play an important role in highlighting the images in the client’s brochure. Rationale Picking up on the railway and in particular railway station theme, a canopy has been created supported by two aluminium extrusion down posts to create a railway station feel. This is further accentuated by the use of a vinyl graphic floor to project the feel of a paved floor. The two plasma screen mentioned in the client’s brief have been incorporated on the right hand side of the stand with accompanying housing for the DVD player. The cabling would run in and out of the backwall in order to ensure an invisible cable management solution.
