Prepare the show staff – Part II

Review why you are exhibiting
Explain the reasons why the company has chosen the show and what you expect to achieve from participating. Share the exhibiting objectives and how you expect to achieve your goals.

Review what you are exhibiting
Take the opportunity before the show to review the products and/or services you will be displaying or perhaps launching. Make sure your staff understand the features and benefits of these items. If you are demonstrating products, this is a good opportunity for them to brush up on their presentation skills. Brief your staff on any special promotions, incentives or giveaways you are running each day and explain how they should use them and what is expected.
