One of the ways to stay in touch with customers and prospects after the exhibition is through the media. Send out post-show press releases reporting trends, statistics or information on significant newsworthy information or orders that resulted from the show.
For your prospects or customers, create a state-of-the-industry report based on your observations at the show, or put together a tips booklet and send it out or offer it free in response to a post-show mailing.
