Nimlok support local charity with various events
Every year, the staff at Nimlok chooses a local charity to support and they hold various events throughout the year to raise funds for them.
The charity for 2009 was the Warwickshire & Northamptonshire Air Ambulance. In a world where recession is the focal point and morale is low, Nimlok still managed to raise £795.00 for the charity. The cheque was presented to the WNAA back in February when a representative from WNAA visited Nimlok House Headquarters in Wellingborough.
The funds were raised in several ways, from paying a pound for every minute that you are late into a meeting, paying a pound into a holiday raffle to win an extra day to your entitlement and the sale of homemade refreshments on a daily basis. Working at Nimlok is like being part of one big family and helping a local charity through socialising and having fun is something all the staff looks forward to.
The Nimlok chosen charity for 2010 is Great Ormond Street hospital.
