Design Challenge

To customise a rental stand large enough to accommodate demos of 6 huge injection/compression moulding machines. Require 3 rooms at the centre of the stand--an office, a meeting area and a control room. Also, include 3 workstations with plasma screens and customised counter displays. Need to prominently display company banners and red griffin logos.

Design Solution

Build a 6.5m display using two tiers of Nimlok truss to display large 900mm x 10.5m company banners. Use standard white rental panels with custom graphics to create the 3 rooms. Also, use rental panels to build counters, demo stands and workstations. Customise these with curved panels and countertops thermoformed with company logo. This huge job required over 700 specially-made parts and four forklifts working simultaneously to install the truss system. Careful pre-planning and use of Showlink services insured success.
