Nimlok Exhibition Case Study - Amadeus UK 5m x 8m Custom Modular Exhibition Stand

Clients Comments

Amadeus UK has a streamlined marketing department, which means it is important for us to work with partner companies who are experts in their respective fields. Nimlok thoroughly understand the exhibitions market and have developed a unique, adaptable and robust system that Amadeus UK could reconfigure for exhibition usage over the coming years. Nimlok handled our project - from initial design to onsite construction/dismantling and secure storage - in a thoroughly professional manner.

Design Challenge

To design a stand which reflected the aspirations and ethos of the company. Project a relaxed and modern feel, complimenting the range of products and services Amadeus offer to the travel industry. Incorporate earthy colours into the graphics and integrate a massage area into the stand layout both to reinforce the informal feel of the design.

Design Solution

A modern, open-plan stand design, incorporating all the major features specified by Amadeus. The layout of the stand allows the visitor to pass from one area to the next with ease and is designed to draw a parallel between the stand and the travel solutions provided by Amadeus. The graphics and graphic design further reinforce this concept, by using the latest digital fabric technology, light semi-transparent graphic drops break up the different areas of interest whilst providing clear branding opportunities. As specified a consultation and massage area was incorporated to the overall design whilst still maintaining an open-plan feel.
