Are you netting prospects effectively when you exhibit?

At Marketing Week Live 2013, we did some research to see if exhibitors are really making the most of the data capture/lead generation tools available.

Our research shows that only a limited number of exhibitors are using digital engagement tools to maximum effect:

  • 78% of exhibitors used some form of digital engagement, with most using video, demos or show reels. More interactive engagement tools such as digital competitions, games surveys and quizzes proved to be less popular.
  • Only 9% of exhibitors that used some form of digital engagement on-stand used it to capture data.

Intelligent, interactive and fun on-stand tools, coupled with flexible exhibition stand options (such as hire) are proven to deliver increased ROI so we were surprised that people were not delivering these!
