FaceTime have released exclusive research on the profile of the average visitor to UK B2B exhibitions.
“The low hanging fruit for both organizers and exhibitors would seem to be the 40% of pre-registered visitors that don’t show up. Both parties can create more compelling pre-show communications to make the events less likely to be “the thing in the diary that get’s moved aside”.
“I think it also highlights that exhibitors must look at post show communications to this 40% along the lines of “look what you missed – sorry you couldn’t make it, why don’t we come to you?”. This sort of thing requires help from the organizers in providing clearly categorized data and us all explaining additional ideas to our clients about how they can extract more from the exhibitions and their broader databases.”
