Nimlok Chicago has produced a unique exhibition stand for the annual Institute of Food Technologists Convention held at the headquarters in Illinois, Chicago.
Founded in 1939, the Institute has over 22,000 individual members working in food sciences and now in its 67th year, the convention is the world’s single largest annual scientific meeting of its kind.
Adumin / P.L. Thomas collected the 2007 IFT Food Expo innovation award for their nutralease nano-encapsulation technology which is a patented ingredient delivery system for food and beverage applications that improves the bioavailability of some healthy compounds.
