Keep track of your Exhibition Stands with Nimlok Asset Management

Exhibition and event campaigns are not just about moving a stand from one place to another. Its about managing the whole campaign, from the stand space itself to the literature that might be given away at an event.

Nimlok can engage with you on as much or as little of your programme as you wish. Whilst our core value is the provision of the hardware and graphics to provide the physical environment of your campaign, we have the capabilities to carry out full project management if required.

This might include a campaign proposal where we recommend shows to attend, assistance with space selection and booking and site surveys. Prior to the show we can train your team to be more effective and arrange staffing. On the day we can manage your stand and add value.

Whilst there are obviously management charges for these features, it is surprising how cost effective they can be given the level of expertise you are engaging and the ability to dip in and out of their provision as required.

On long or complicated campaigns with many varying assets you may wish to engage Nimlok 365, our event management software. It enables you to enter all of the components of your events such as the hardware, graphics, support literature, people....even the fridge for the drinks(!) and schedule those assets around an event calendar so that you and your colleagues know where you are, and with what, at any given time.

Our graphic solutions can be broken down into principally three types:

Environmental consideration rating: High

Our systems are designed to optimise use of materials. In particular DSG offers edge to edge printing without lamination. Standard laminated prints that are common within the industry are difficult to recycle due to the multiple substrates involved.

Again in conflict with common practice in graphics production, we use no solvent printing equipment, which is a cheaper but environmentally more volatile.
