Whilst Nimlok has two virtually unique graphics technologies to its name in DSG and Digital Fabric, there are still applications where a "standard" large format graphic is most suitable. Trouble is, at Nimlok there is no such thing as a "standard" graphic.
For a start we rarely use paper in our graphic production- paper delaminates so you end up with a tatty graphic very quickly. We DO use a true "stoplight" as a backer for relevant graphics so if its used in front of a window or strong lamp you do not get the light showing through it.
We use a thicker graphic in applications such as pop-ups where it is needed to hold the curved shape of the display. A poor quality graphic can be cheaper because it uses thinner materials and therefore "drapes" over a display rather than hanging from it. We do not use Solvent based inks due to environmental reasons.
We have special high resolution printers for specific applications such as photographic exhibitions where quality, not speed is required. We are moving to recyclable and bio-degradeable materials and away from difficult to recycle pvc's as technology allows.
We colour correct under daylight matched lighting and the process is carried out under our ISO9001 quality system as is all graphics production. Nimlok graphics are not produced with equipment, materials or processes that compromise the result to be all things to all systems. They are produced in the optimum way to suit our solutions and your use of them.
