This is a great industry to be part of, and we now recruiting a part-time Marketing Administrator to join the team based at our head office in Wellingborough.
This role requires you to assist the marketing department, providing high-quality support and owning the day-to-day administrative tasks and occasional ad-hoc projects.
You will use your excellent administrative skills to work within online marketing platforms, our CRM, as well as Google Analytics and other tools.
A large part of the role is supporting customer acquisition; you will be responsible for maintaining the flow of prospect data into the business. You will be confident in your ability to process large quantities of information, interrogating accuracy to ensure data quality is not compromised and performing regular database maintenance activities and audits.
The role requires a good level of reporting capability, interpreting information from various sources, you will need to use initiative to solve anomalies within the data or figures.
Reporting into the Marketing Manager but working closely with members of the sales team and the Database Administrator, you will be able to answer the day-to-day queries that may arise from system end users.
This is a role that will provide a fairly varied range of tasks and duties and will be a great opportunity for an adaptable individual, looking to gain experience and develop a career within a marketing environment.
The ideal Marketing Administrator:
In order to be successful for this role, you will have good problem-solving skills and be proficient in MS Office (with an in-depth knowledge of Excel a particular advantage).
You will have first-class administrative capabilities with high levels of attention to detail. You will be highly organised, efficient and have the ability to multi-task and prioritise your work load.
You will need to be an analytical thinker who is good at problem solving, with strong communication skills (verbal and written) be efficient, flexible and approachable with a can-do attitude.
You will be a team player with the ability to build strong working relationships.
This role would suit someone who is self-motivated, has a strong work ethic as well as the ability to work from own initiative and enjoy working in a varied support role.
In return as our Marketing Administrator, we can offer a basic starting salary of circa £18,000 pro rata and benefits including: Pension with employer contribution pension, Health Care scheme and Death in Service.
