2016 has been an exciting and busy year for us! We have continued to help our clients exhibit successfully, delivering over 500 projects around the world.
Our global network of trusted build partners allows us to offer a cost effective, hassle free and truly international service. Below are just some of the locations we have helped our clients exhibit at…
Luceco, market leaders in key electrical categories, have successfully exhibited across the globe this year in destinations such as Germany, Dubai and Hong Kong. Their stand showcases some of their extensive range of lighting products. In some instances, displaying product provided some challenges in the exhibiting arena. To overcome this, their exhibition stand design also used backlit attention grabbing graphics to represent other product areas dependant on the exhibition location and brief.
As part of a global programme of exhibitions, Howden; designers, engineers and suppliers of air and gas handling equipment, exhibited at a number of events this year, including, Powergen Asia, Innotrans, MINExpo, ChillVenta.
“As our preferred supplier for exhibitions and events, Nimlok have consistently provided great service and project management for Howden. Each exhibition is planned in great detail by the team at Nimlok and they consistently produce on-brand and engaging graphics which receive very positive feedback from our customers and clients. Having a dedicated project manager for each exhibition also provides ease of mind and a clear pathway to solving any problems or issues that can occasionally arise when working on a busy exhibition plan such as ours. I would happily recommend Nimlok to anyone looking for a dedicated exhibitions partner.”

Mirada Medical, the global medical imaging software brand, exhibited at EANM in Barcelona in October 2016. They wanted to stand out from the crowd and attract visitors. We devised an on stand game that incorporated augmented reality technology and helped communicate Mirada Medicals USPs. The game generated interest and attracted more visitors on stand, allowing stand staff to interact more easily.
Closer to home, we have helped clients exhibit at a vast number of UK exhibitions and events, assisting with increased demand to incorporate digital and physical engagement techniques on to their exhibition stands. All with the aim of engaging with visitors more effectively and delivering more target results and ROI.
Driving conversations earlier this year was global supplier of vehicle technology, Delphi, who exhibited at Automechaninka at the NEC in Birmingham. They wanted to meet with technicians and promote their products on stand. A driving game, an engagement first for Delphi, provided an opportunity for visitors to learn about their products as they steered around the track, as well as capturing valuable data for lead follow up. The striking stand and added engagement resulted in Delphi engaging with more prospects than in previous years and allowed them to capture data more effectively, enhancing follow up post-show.
BNP Paribas wanted to attract known industry contacts to their stand and as a sponsor to many major tennis tournaments, they wanted the stand to be tennis themed in design.
The stand design divided their space in to two halves; ‘the locker room’ and ‘courtside’. A digital game featured on the locker room half invited participants to find the tennis ball hiding in one of three lockers. The other half included a physical game where visitors had to throw bean bags through the holes of the perspex panel onto the court behind.
The two sides of the stand cleverly represented the preparation and the execution of the investments the company deliver for their clients.
Professional membership body, AAT exhibited at the Skills Show, looking to attract school leavers to take a qualification in accountancy. The stand design featured a “Wheel of fortune” physical game that invited school leavers to take a spin to see where their potential AAT Accounting qualification could take them while also entering them in to a prize draw. The concept worked well attracting large numbers of visitors on stand to take part.
“The Birmingham event was EXCELLENT! I had great feedback and the stand looked brilliant. The concept worked perfectly and we had lots of people queuing up to spin the wheel. We had about 400 people land on the prize draw which was good!”
These examples show just a selection of the great projects we have delivered in partnership with our clients this year. We look forward to working on many more exciting and engaging stands in 2017.
