UK & Europe
From our Wellingborough, UK facility we design build and deliver projects across Europe. This facility is equipped with full production and graphic capability along with extensive stand architecture and AV hire inventory. In addition, our UK installation team is supported by our EU installation teams in Barcelona, Venice, Cologne and Malta.
Clients exhibiting in Europe follow exactly the same process with us as our UK exhibitors do. If you are exhibiting in Europe we will create a uniquely designed bespoke exhibition stand for you in the UK and use our European network to deliver it directly to your European venue so you receive the most cost effective process.
Our extensive European experience and resources, including crew and logistics hubs in Germany, Italy and Spain, means we have the edge over other UK exhibition stand contractors. Our euro-hubs offer a network of storage and logistics facilities supported by local crew and located close to many of Europe’s major exhibition venues. This means:
- You save on transport and handling costs by not having to ship directly to the venue
- Travel and other time related expenses are reduced through using our local crews
- You save on further logistical costs like post event storage and onward shipping for pan-European show schedules

USA & Canada
From our Chicago and Las Vegas US facilities, and Toronto, Canadian facility we design build and deliver projects across the USA and Canada. These facilities are equipped with full production and graphic capability along with extensive hire inventory. US and Canadian installations are conducted by Sho-Link, a US labour co-operative of which Nimlok are stakeholders, that provides union member Nimlok trained installers and supervisors across USA and Canada.
Our US and Canada expert is Heidi Randall. Heidi co-ordinates stand design, production and US show services from the UK to ensure your stand is project managed perfectly, delivered on time and within budget. Heidi has worked for Nimlok for 15 years and is a regular at US trade shows. She will work closely with you, the event organiser, official contractors and Nimlok’s US colleagues to ensure first class delivery of your project.
