3: Exhibition stand graphics

Printing innovation and technology have been substantial areas of investment for us. This way we maintain the best cutting-edge technology and tools for first class print quality and output. We have a dedicated and experienced team of art workers, file runners, printers, finishers, sewers and technicians to guide and advise you or your graphic agency, ensuring a fantastic end result.
Our 5 metre wide format printer can deliver high quality and very durable print that does not require over laminates which can be prone to peeling. The prints are UV stable and water resistant, making them ideal for both indoor and outdoor applications and we can print on a variety of substrates including fabric.
Our graphics department is also equipped with the latest digital cutter technology with an optical sensor detecting cut marks and guiding a knife, laser or router, ensuring perfect finishing on all materials. This enables us to cut out the most intricate logos and shapes and make a real feature of certain areas of your exhibition stand.
4: Exhibition stand project management
Knowing you are in safe hands is important, so we allocate our clients a dedicated project manager to act as a constant point of contact throughout the delivery phase of the project. Our team of dedicated project managers ensures your delivery runs smoothly and you are kept up to date with the progress of the project.
As with any timeline there will be key milestones where we will need sign off on elements like materials, flooring, lighting and colour schemes. We will make sure you are aware of these deadlines in plenty of time to enable you to meet them. Our PM’s liaise with our in-house production and take care of the external liaising with Organisers and on-site services.
Before your stand is packed and shipped to your show location, you’ll be invited to attend a preview at our manufacturing facility in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire. Our pre-build service provides a valuable ‘dry run’ before your event. It gives you the opportunity to see your stand built prior to the show, make sure you are happy with it and run through all details with your project manager before it goes anywhere near the show hall.
Finally, we will liaise with our build team and you to ensure successful delivery of your project to the show site.
5: Exhibition stand installation, dismantle and storage

Exhibitors utilising digital content to convey their propositions in the exhibition halls is now the norm, making the presentation of digital content a key priority. Having a dedicated in-house AV resource allows for pre-event testing of the content on the actual devices to be used, rather than running the risk of the content and hardware coming together for the first time just a few hours before the show which is common place for those that outsource.
