By entering this competition titled Nimlok’s Festive Exhibition Dash Game (Xmas Runner), entrants agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions governing this competition.

The prize promotion is open to residents living in the UK aged 18 years or over excluding employees and their immediate families of Nimlok Ltd.

How to participate: Entry and participation is free. Entry of gameplay consists of participants collecting Nimlok exhibiting power-up points. All participants will be placed on a scoreboard. The player with the highest score will win a Hotel Chocolate Velvetiser at the end of the promotion. The duration of gameplay will be taken into consideration.

If Nimlok Ltd feels that gameplay has been manipulated, they have the right to remove and suspend that score and participant.

All participants will be added to the weekly prize draw where three winners will be selected at random to receive a x1 £30 Amazon Gift Voucher per week. The winners will be selected by a computer process that produces verifiably random results. X3 £30 Amazon Gift Vouchers are available each week for two weeks. One voucher per winner.

The winners will be notified by email to the email address provided on the competition registration page within 14 working days of the competition closing. Winners will be requested to provide additional details within 14 working days to accommodate the delivery of their prize. If Nimlok Ltd does not receive these details within 14 working days, new winners will be selected in accordance with the terms and conditions.
Prize details are as follows:

• Prize 1: x1 £30 Amazon Gift Voucher will be posted to the winner. There are 6 voucher prizes available in total, each winner will receive x1 £30 Amazon Voucher. Three vouchers will be distributed each week for two weeks. Amazon vouchers will be posted to participants and have 14 working days to confirm their address. Winners will be selected at random.

  • Week two – Monday 11th December 2023 – Friday 15th December 2023 (3 winners x1 Amazon Gift Voucher each)

  • End time: 16:00am on Friday 15th December 2023 – GMT London
    Prize one winners will be announced at random between Monday 4th December 2023 – Friday 15th December 2023. Winners will be contacted directly on by the email address they have submitted in the game
    
    
• Prize 2: Hotel Chocolat Velvetiser Machine (Contents may vary. Subject to availability). All game players featured on the leadership board will be entered into a prize draw to win a Hotel Chocolat Velvetiser machine. Winners will be contacted directly by the email address they have submitted in the game.
  
  
• Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable; no cash alternative is available. All prizes are subject to availability. The Hotel Chocolat Velvetiser machine colour will be picked at random.
• If any winner is unable for whatever reason to accept the prize, then Nimlok Ltd reserves the right to award the prize to another participant in accordance with the promotion rules.
• Participants are free to play as many times as they like, and participants’ details will be kept on record to determine the final game score.
• The competition titled Nimlok’s Festive Exhibition Dash Game will begin on the 04/12/23 and will end at 14:00 22/12/23.
  Nimlok Ltd decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be discussed in regards to the outcome of the prize promotion.
• Nimlok Ltd reserves the right to disqualify any applicant if they have reasonable grounds to believe that the participant has breached any of these terms and conditions or gameplay manipulation.
