Terms and Conditions for the Samsonite Case Competition
- Competition Organiser:
This competition (the “Competition”) is organised by Nimlok (the “Organiser”), located at 45 Booth Drive, Park Farm, Wellingborough, NN8 6NL.
- Eligibility:
The Competition is open to all participants who (a) visited our stand at the B2B Marketing Expo 2024 and participated in the designated game, or (b) received a Toblerone bar with a winning ticket inside. Participants must be 18 years or older to enter. Employees of the Organiser and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
- Entry Conditions:
– Participants who play the designated game on the Organiser’s exhibition stand are automatically entered into the Competition, receive a Toblerone bar containing a winning ticket, and you automatically win.
– Entries are limited to one per person.
– Any entries received through fraudulent means or actions inconsistent with fair play will be disqualified.
- Prize:
The prize for the Competition is a Samsonite case (the “Prize”). The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other items.
- Winner Selection and Notification:
– Winners will be randomly selected from eligible entries after the exhibition concludes.
– Winners will be notified via the contact details provided during their game participation or via information associated with the winning ticket. If the Organiser cannot reach the winner within 14 days of the notification date, an alternative winner may be selected.
- Prize Collection:
– The Prize must be collected in person from the Organiser’s office at 45 Booth Drive, Park Farm, Wellingborough, NN8 6NL. Winners must present valid identification when collecting their Prize.
– Prize collection must occur within 30 days of the notification. Failure to collect within this period will result in forfeiture of the Prize, with no compensation or substitution provided.
- Use of Image and Likeness:
– By entering the Competition, participants agree that the Organiser reserves the right to take photographs or videos of the winner at the time of Prize collection.
– These images or videos may be used by the Organiser in promotional materials, press releases, social media, and any other marketing or public relations activities, without any further compensation to the winner.
- Personal Information:
– Participants’ personal information will be used solely for the purposes of administering the Competition and will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
– Winners’ names may be published on the Organiser’s social media channels, website, and promotional materials.
- General Conditions:
– The Organiser reserves the right to cancel or modify the Competition and these Terms and Conditions without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances.
– Any decisions by the Organiser regarding the Competition, including winner selection, shall be final and binding in all respects.
- Liability:
The Organiser shall not be responsible for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from participation in the Competition or acceptance of the Prize, except for liability which cannot be excluded by law.
