The Formulate LED Fabric Exhibition Backwall is designed around a single principle: maximum versatility from a single frame investment. Supplied as a full 3m wide illuminated display, the modular push-fit aluminium frame can be reconfigured to 2m or 1m simply by removing sections during build. The same connectors, feet and LED light blankets are used at every width – nothing is left in the bag.
This makes the system genuinely useful across a full events calendar. Use the full 3m configuration for your flagship stand, drop to 2m for a smaller shell scheme bay, and scale down to 1m for a reception backdrop or pop-up space – all with the same hardware.
When campaigns change, only the fabric needs replacing. The aluminium frame and integrated LED system carry over from show to show, season to season. Replacement graphics are available at all three widths, so updating for a new campaign or resizing for a different event is a straightforward graphic swap rather than a new hardware purchase.
For organisations running multiple events across a year – or anyone managing display budgets carefully – this reusability makes the Formulate LED Backwall a practical long-term asset rather than a single-event outlay.
Numbered frame sections push together using tool-free push-fit connectors with push-button locks. The assembly sequence is logical and guided, so the display can be built correctly first time without prior experience. Stabilising feet and push-in connectors secure the finished structure.
The integrated LED light blankets fit neatly inside the frame and distribute illumination evenly across the full graphic surface. The complete system – frame, lights and graphic – packs into a padded black wheeled bag with a dedicated graphic compartment, making it manageable for a single person to transport between venues.
Graphics are available for all three frame widths, allowing the display to be redressed when reconfiguring between events. Two options are available depending on how the graphic is fitted to the frame:
A 175 gsm backlit dye-sublimation fabric graphic with a silicone edge profile that locates precisely into the frame channel. Produces a taut, clean graphic face with even LED illumination diffused across the surface. Single-sided.
A 190 gsm premium stretch fabric graphic that pulls over the frame and secures with a zip at the base. When used with the LED frame this functions as a backlit tension fabric display, with illumination visible through the fabric. Available single-sided with a plain white reverse, or double-sided for visibility from both directions. Washable and foldable for easy storage and transport between events.
