Transform a standard trestle table into a professional branded display with a fully printed rectangular tablecloth.

The entire tablecloth is custom printed in full colour, allowing you to use your chosen background colour, logos, text, patterns or photographic imagery. The product price covers the printed tablecloth itself and is not limited to a single logo or a small printed area.

Simply upload your own print-ready artwork using the appropriate template, or select one of our optional artwork services if you need help creating the finished layout.

What Is Included in the Price?

The displayed product price includes:

• The polyester tablecloth
• Full-colour dye-sublimation printing
• Printing across the entire available fabric area
• An artwork quality check before production
• A visual proof where an artwork service has been selected

There is no additional charge based on the number of colours used or the amount of the tablecloth covered by your design.

Optional artwork preparation services are charged separately.

Full-Colour Dye-Sublimation Printing

Your design is produced using dye-sublimation printing, which applies the colour directly into the fabric rather than placing a printed layer on its surface.

This creates a smooth, professional finish with vibrant colour reproduction. The printed design will not crack, peel or lift away from the fabric during normal use.

We can reproduce most colours, although neon and metallic finishes cannot be produced.

Available Sizes

Choose from four standard tablecloth configurations:

• 2200 x 1500mm open back: Suitable for a 4ft trestle table
• 2600 x 1500mm open back: Suitable for a 6ft trestle table
• 3500 x 1600mm open back: Suitable for an 8ft trestle table
• 2750 x 1800mm closed back: Suitable for a 6ft trestle table

Custom sizes are also available. Please contact our team to discuss your table dimensions and requirements.

Open-Back or Closed-Back Tablecloth?

Our open-back tablecloths cover the front, top and sides of the table while leaving the rear open. This gives staff easy access to storage, seating and equipment behind the table.

The closed-back option provides additional fabric coverage at the rear, creating a more complete finish when the table will be visible from multiple directions.

Artwork Options

Choose the artwork option that best suits your requirements when placing your order.

Upload Your Own Artwork

Choose this option when you already have print-ready artwork prepared using our product template.

There is no additional artwork charge. Simply send email your completed artwork file following checkout to info@nimlokportables.co.uk

We will carry out a quality check before production and contact you if we identify any obvious concerns with the supplied file.

Logo Placement – £10

Choose this option when you would like us to create a simple design using your logo and a chosen background colour.

After ordering, email us:

• Your high-resolution logo
• Your preferred background colour
• Any basic positioning instructions

We will prepare a visual proof for approval before printing. This service includes one minor amendment.

Creative Artwork Service – From £27

Choose this option when you need a more detailed or creative tablecloth design.

This may include arranging multiple logos, adding text, incorporating graphic elements or creating a more bespoke layout from your brief.

After placing your order, send us your design brief, ideas and relevant brand assets. Our team will review the requirements and confirm whether any additional artwork cost applies before proceeding. Please email info@nimlokportables.co.uk with your design brief.

Easy Ordering Process

3. Add the product to your basket and complete your order.
4. Next, simply email info@nimlokportables.co.uk with your artwork file.
5. We will carry out a quality check before production and contact you if we identify any obvious concerns.
6. We will print and dispatch your tablecloth following artwork approval.

The fabric drapes over the front and sides of the table, helping to conceal boxes, cables, literature and other equipment stored underneath.

Care Instructions

The polyester tablecloth can be machine washed at temperatures up to 30°C.

For best results:

• Wash at a low temperature
• Allow the fabric to dry naturally
• Iron on the reverse using a low heat
• Do not iron directly onto the printed face at a high temperature
• Fold or roll carefully before storage

Supplying Your Tablecloth Artwork

The product price includes full-colour printing when you supply print-ready artwork using the correct template.

Please download the template for your chosen tablecloth size and follow the instructions provided within the file.

If you are sending us your artwork we ask that you first read our help guide so that we can process your order as quickly as possible.  Our system will only accept our artwork template files.

4. After order is placed our system willl perform a quality check.

All artwork will be checked by our system for quality control purproses and raise any concerns before printing. Please note that it is your responsiblity to check the accuracy of your artwork.  Please keep in mind any graphics or logo(s) applied to your artwork should be of hi-resolution quality to ensure a high print quality is achieved.
