How we work
Whether your needs are for a simple set-up for a conference or you require a fully specified solution with set and staging, we will allocate a project manager to support you. Your dedicated PM will help bring your event to life; from initial site survey to design and visualisation using CAD technology to show how your event will look.
We operate in hotels, sports stadiums, conference centres and even our client’s offices and will work within the constraints of your chosen event environment to ensure minimal set up and dismantle time.
On the day, your Project Manager will work with your own production team and our in-house AV personnel will provide on-site support to ensure your partners, guests or delegates have the best possible experience.
Meetings, conferences & break-out exhibitions
If your event involves external sponsors or partners or you require sponsors stands/pods or dedicated event zones, our sister business, Conference Expo can assist.
They provide premium-look stand packages for 5 – 75 pods for conference organisers and take care of the entire event planning and production.
