Sidara's Exhibiting Challenge:

Sidara, a global collective of specialist design and engineering firms, needed to present a unified brand at Passenger Terminal Expo, clearly communicating its airport expertise while demonstrating that its approach is rooted in human behaviour research and elevating awareness of its group-wide capabilities.

Engagement Tools integrated into the Stand Design
Nimlok collaborated with Sidara to develop an interactive “What type of passenger are you?” quiz, designed to capture visitor data while demonstrating Sidara’s research-led approach.
Participants were categorised as sprinters, campers, explorers, or roamers, highlighting how behavioural insights inform airport design.
The experience made complex global research tangible, while generating valuable engagement and lead data.
Visualising Global Impact through Immersive Content
A striking digital globe formed the centrepiece of the stand, showcasing Sidara’s global airport portfolio.
Visitors could explore projects around the world, visually reinforcing the scale and reach of the collective.
This immersive feature made Sidara’s capabilities instantly understandable, translating global impact into an engaging, interactive experience.
Connecting through Branded Takeaways
To extend the experience beyond the screen, visitors who completed the quiz received a branded LEGO® figurine, customised and packaged by Nimlok.
This playful takeaway created a memorable, personal connection to Sidara’s methodology, reinforcing the human focus behind their work and leaving a lasting impression after the event.

Nimlok partnered closely with Sidara to build trust and alignment from the outset, hosting visits to Nimlok’s centre for exhibiting excellence and a full pre-build experience to bring the concept to life.
The stand layout was designed to reflect Sidara’s human-centred ethos, combining Sidara’s bold visuals with Nimlok’s interactive engagement tools and bespoke hire exhibition stand service. The engagement tools translated complex research into accessible experiences.
Supported by end-to-end project management and on-site delivery, Nimlok ensured a seamless exhibition journey from concept to completion.
